The Brand Breakthrough Call Brand Discovery & Strategy Consultation The Brand Breakthrough Call is a guided discovery and strategy session created to help you gain clarity around your brand vision, goals, and launch direction. Before our call, you’ll complete a brand questionnaire that allows me to prepare a personalized brand strategy and proposed timeline in advance. During our Zoom session, we will: Clarify your brand vision and goals Define what brand identity means for your business Review a tailored brand-to-launch strategy Discuss branding, marketing, and launch recommendations Walk through service options and next steps This call is educational, strategic, and advisory.
Cancellation Policy
By booking the Brand Breakthrough Call, you agree to the following terms: The Brand Breakthrough Call is a strategy and discovery session only. This service does not include any design work or design deliverables. The investment for the call is non-refundable and all sales are final. If you move forward with a branding service, $99 from your consultation will be applied toward your service investment. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Reschedule requests must be submitted via email to kelly@callkellydesign.com. Missed appointments or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the call will result in forfeiture of the session. Booking this service confirms your agreement to these policies.
