Booking secures your place in our project schedule. Clients may pay in full, use an available Pay Later option, or secure their project with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your project is not officially reserved until the required payment has been received. After booking, you will receive your confirmed project start date, intake information, and next steps. All sales are final. All requested content, business information, images, copy, logins, and other required materials must be submitted before design work can begin. Your scheduled start date reserves your place on our calendar; it is not necessarily your final completion date. All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances must be paid within 14 days of your deposit. Final files, completed designs, and/or website transfer will not be released until the project has been paid in full. Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in its description. Additional revisions, new requests, or work outside of the original package scope may require an additional fee. Delays in submitting content, providing feedback, making payments, or approving designs may also affect your project timeline.
